shrub – A slightly sour drink made from vinegar, sugar and water, often mixed with fruit juice and herbs and used in cocktails.

With its origins in ancient Egypt and resurrecting an old 17th century traditional drink it follows the latest cocktail bar trend in the US. Two friends Mumford & Johnson decided to produce a new version of the drink aimed at the home market and using only natural ingredients.
